A new feature in BG-Mamma allows users who read topics to find in a synthesized form the answers to the most important questions asked in the discussion.
In May, we introduced Q&A to the platform – summarized questions and answers, generated thanks to a specially created language model.
The information synthesized in this way is available at the top, before the main text of the topic.
The automated language model was developed by the Bulgarian company Incentiv AI. Its goal is to make the huge inventory of information shared on the largest Bulgarian communication platform even more accessible and useful. Initially, the Q&A function will be available mainly in categories and topics, where important content is scattered in a large number of separate posts. Saving searchers time, the language model will detect and display the key questions from the topic and their short answers at the top.
The new functionality is part of the ongoing transformation process of BG-Mamma – the platform that started 21 years ago as a forum for pregnant women and mothers. Today, BG-Mamma is a place to search and share useful information on all topics and reaches almost 1.9 million unique users per month, according to GA4 data for the first quarter of 2024.
