For 77% of users, BG-Mamma has a high influence on purchase decisions

What is the real impact of BG-Mamma on Bulgarian consumers’ purchase decisions?

To find out, at the end of 2025 we conducted our own survey study. It included over 500 respondents—adult men and women from different age groups.

Overall, more than 77% of participants who use the platform report being strongly or very strongly influenced in their purchase decisions. Among registered users, this share is even higher—nearly 82%.

The survey also provided clear insight into the product categories for which users most actively seek information on BG-Mamma. Opinions shared on the platform most often influence purchases related to beauty and personal care, as well as technology and food products.
